6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of the agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

MGTech IT Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in question.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice in the following situations:

Violation of these Terms.

Non-payment of dues.

Any activity that poses a threat to our systems or reputation.
